由于降低KR脱硫剂单耗可有效降低铁水脱硫的成本,故针对现有KR脱硫装置的缺陷,研究了一种降低KR脱硫剂单耗的方法。通过改进脱硫剂的输送方式,使脱硫剂与铁水面充分接触,提高脱硫剂的使用率。按照这些措施对180t转炉的KR脱硫装置进行7个月改进试验。结果表明,KR脱硫装置改进后,脱硫剂的单耗下降了约20%,铁水温降也有所减少,铁水脱硫成本降低约1.35元/t,同时炼钢能耗也有所降低。
