絮凝剂是水下不分散混凝土抗分散剂组成中不可或缺的组分,絮凝剂及其改性研究是设计水下混凝土用抗分散剂的重要环节,本文以剪切应力和粘度为评价指标,分析了絮凝剂的电性、分子量、掺量对新拌水泥浆体流变性的影响规律,并采用少量辅助剂部分取代絮凝剂,实现絮凝剂性能的显著提高,同时试验分析了醛类辅助剂及高分子胶水辅助剂对水泥浆体剪切应力与粘度的影响规律。试验结果表明,絮凝剂分子量为600万~1000万时,水泥浆体的剪切应力和粘度随掺量的增加而线性增加,胶水辅助剂不适于改善絮凝效果,醛类辅助剂可显著提高絮凝效果,且抗分散剂总量越高,醛类辅助剂的作用效果越显著。
