本文通过对废旧凡尔球所作金相、电镜、电子探针等综合分析,结果表明腐蚀、磨损和疲劳的交互作用是造成凡尔球失效的主要原因,延长凡尔使用寿命的主要途径是提高材料的抗蚀抗磨性能。
Through the comprehensive analysis of the metallurgical, electron microscope and electron probe made by the worn-out Vernier ball, the results show that the interaction between corrosion, wear and fatigue is the main reason for the failure of Vernier ball. The main way to prolong the service life of Vernier is to increase Anti-abrasion performance of materials.
