大庆油田扶余油层是注水开发的裂缝性低渗透油层。随着注水开发时间的延长,两类油层吸水差异加大,层间动用状况差异加大,而常规浅调剖技术存在调剖时机滞后、单井多次调剖效果逐次变差和井间协同作用差等问题,为此开展了扶余油层动态浅调剖技术研究。研究结果表明,多轮次调剖时应尽早进行下一个轮次的调剖,调剖剂的用量和成胶强度应逐轮次递增,在每个轮次实施调剖时应采取先强后弱的强度应用原则。数值模拟结果表明,首轮调剖时机越早,调剖效果越好;确定首轮调剖剂用量为0.0005PV。第二轮调剖时机选择在首轮调剖后连通井含水下降3/4时,最佳用量为0.002PV。第三轮调剖时机为上轮调剖后连通井含水恢复1/2时,最佳用量为0.003PV。选择26口水井与连通的73口油井进行现场应用试验,调整了吸水剖面,累计增油7389t,综合含水下降3.9个百分点。

The third round of profile control timing is the last round of profiled well connected water recovery 1/2, the best dosage is 0.003PV. Twenty-six water wells and 73 connected oil wells were selected to carry out on-site application tests. The water absorption profile was adjusted with a total increase of 7,389 tons of oil and a decrease of 3.9 percentage points in the combined water content.
