近年研究表明,胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)系统在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展中起着重要作用。介绍当前与上皮性卵巢癌有关的IGF及其受体、结合蛋白与结合蛋白酶的表达及功能。IGF-1和-2及IGF-1R在多数上皮性卵巢癌组织中表达明显增加,IGF-1和大部分IGF-2与IGF-1R结合,通过细胞内信号转导通路调控肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭与表型转化。IGF结合蛋白与结合蛋白酶共同调节血清及组织中IGF-1和-2的含量。IGF-1R已成为治疗上皮性卵巢癌新的靶点。深入研究这个复杂调控系统中的所有成员,对了解正常卵巢表面上皮细胞的生物学行为及上皮性卵巢癌的生长机制和治疗有重要意义。
Recent studies show that the insulin-like growth factor (IGF) system plays an important role in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer. Presently, the expression and function of IGF and its receptor, binding protein and binding protease related to epithelial ovarian cancer are introduced. The expression of IGF-1 and -2 and IGF-1R in most epithelial ovarian cancer tissues was significantly increased. IGF-1 and most of the IGF-2 and IGF-1R binding, through the intracellular signal transduction pathway regulation of tumor cell proliferation, Invasion and phenotypic transformation. IGF binding proteins and binding proteases regulate the levels of IGF-1 and -2 in serum and tissues. IGF-1R has become a new target for the treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer. In-depth study of all members of this complex regulatory system is important for understanding the biological behavior of normal ovarian surface epithelial cells and the growth mechanism and treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer.
