目的对一起食物中毒的可疑中毒食品和呕吐物进行分析,以确定引起中毒的原因。方法结合现场卫生学调查、流行病学调查、临床诊断症状等相关资料,分析调查可疑食物中毒的原因。结果在被检可疑中毒食品和呕吐物中检出亚硝酸盐。结论食用过量亚硝酸盐为引起此次食物中毒的原因,应加强监督管理,预防亚硝酸盐中毒事件的发生。 Objective To analyze suspected food poisoning and vomit with food poisoning to determine the cause of poisoning. Methods Based on the field health survey, epidemiological investigation and clinical diagnosis, the causes of suspicious food poisoning were analyzed. Results In the detection of suspicious poisoning food and vomit detected nitrite. Conclusion Excessive consumption of nitrite is the cause of this food poisoning, supervision and management should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of nitrite poisoning.
