在现在的小学英语课堂中,很多老师挖空心思把英语课弄得很花哨、很华丽,为的是吸引听众和学生的眼球,但是在这些华丽外表的背后,很可能存在着一些误区。误区之一:物质刺激,激发兴趣在现今的小学课堂上,老师为了上好每一节公开课、评优课,在课前都会准备很多礼物,用来奖励上课积极或是表现好的学生。从我自身的感受来说,如果老师奖励了第一位学生,接下来就会有很多学生积极举手发言,因为这样他们就能拿到小礼物,但这对教学并没有帮助,表面看来似乎很热闹,其实学生吸收的并不多。他们并不是被老
