改革开放以来,随着我国经济体制的不断完善,企业的经营理念也在不断地变化。但是,由于我国市场经济竞争的甚是激烈,企业正在面临着前所未有的挑战,进而也处在了一个非常严峻、复杂的形势中。企业的发展对国家经济水平的全面提高起到了决定性的作用,所以国家对企业的快速发展给予了高度重视。同时,在新时期下,企业政工在管理方面存在着比较大的挑战,这为企业的发展带来了严重的影响。本文就对新时期企业政工管理面临的挑战进行了分析,并且提出了有效的策略加以解决。
Since the reform and opening up, as China’s economic system continues to improve, the business philosophy of the enterprise is constantly changing. However, due to the fierce competition in the market economy in our country, enterprises are facing an unprecedented challenge, which in turn is also in a very harsh and complex situation. The development of enterprises has played a decisive role in the overall improvement of the national economic level. Therefore, the state attaches great importance to the rapid development of enterprises. In the meantime, under the new era, there are relatively large challenges in the management of enterprises and government workers, which have had a serious impact on the development of enterprises. This article analyzes the challenges faced by the management of enterprises in the new era and puts forward effective strategies to solve them.
