农村小学教师现代教育技术素质有待提高。虽然近几年农村教育对现代教育技术十分重视,并且在现代教育技术素养方面取得了一定成绩,但仍然缺少真正掌握现代教育技术理论的教师,滞后于现代教育技术的发展步伐。农村教师整体的教育观念和教学理论没有质的改变,教师教学软件设计和应用能力一般,往往过于形式化而忽略内容。真正提高教学质量,必须找到问题的关键,并加以解决。
Rural primary school teachers need to improve the quality of modern education. Although rural education attaches great importance to modern educational technology in recent years and has made some achievements in modern educational technology accomplishment, it still lacks teachers who really grasp the theory of modern educational technology and lags behind the pace of modern educational technology. There is no qualitative change in the overall educational concepts and teaching theories of rural teachers. Teachers’ ability to design and apply teaching software is generally too formal and ignores the content. Truly improve the quality of teaching, we must find the key to the problem, and to be resolved.
