拟定几种柔性基层沥青路面典型结构,通过BISAR程序计算路面内部竖向弹性应变分布规律,采用AI法计算温度变化规律,并用动模量公式计算沥青混合料随温度变化的动模量,同时采用AASHTO2002变形预估模型得到塑性应变与温度和弹性应变的关系式,建立塑性应变随深度的变化规律,选择平均塑性应变处的弹性应变、温度、轴次、层厚以及路面永久变形等参数,通过回归分析得到柔性基层沥青路面抗永久变形设计方程。结果表明:该方程具有很好的相关性。
The typical structure of asphalt pavement with flexible base course was prepared. The vertical elastic strain distribution inside the pavement was calculated by BISAR program. The temperature variation was calculated by AI method. The dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture with temperature was calculated by dynamic modulus formula. AASHTO2002 deformation prediction model obtained plastic strain and temperature and elastic strain of the relationship between the plastic strain with the depth of the law to choose the average plastic strain at the elastic strain, temperature, axis times, layer thickness and pavement permanent deformation and other parameters through By regression analysis, the design formula of anti-permanent deformation of flexible asphalt pavement can be obtained. The results show that the equation has a good correlation.
