2006年,出版界一场引人注目的官司审结。浙江教育出版社就其出版的《中国少年儿童百科全书》一书诉北京少年儿童出版社侵犯知识产权、不正当竞争一案终于以浙教社的大获全胜而告终。这个案子,既反映了品牌图书维权之艰辛,也反映出浙教社五年铸一剑的图书——《中国少年儿童百科全书》(下简称浙教《少儿百科》)在历时17年之后依然青翠欲滴,具有极大的市场号召力。
In 2006, there was a compelling case lawsuit in the publishing world. Zhejiang Education Press published a book entitled “Encyclopedia of Children and Children in China” against Beijing Children’s Publishing House infringing intellectual property rights. The case of unfair competition eventually ended in a victory of Zhejiao Socialism.
