在旅游业已然成为当今世界最具发展活力和潜力的第一大产业,占到全球GDP的9%、全球就业率的10%的国际大背景下,我国已经明确了“建设世界旅游强国”的战略目标,并将其上升到国家战略层面。那么,如何培养出优秀的酒店管理专业的各类人才成为了一个热门且严峻的课题。本文将针对高职院校酒店管理人才培养方案中艺术素质的重要性及艺术教育版块中的声乐教学做出了一些问题的提出和解决。
