合理的医院补偿机制是规范医疗行为和补偿行为的基本制度,补偿机制建设必须强调双向激励,制度建设的结果和过程同样重要,本文结合实际,介绍传染病医院补偿中存在的问题及补偿途径。
Reasonable hospital compensation mechanism is the basic regulation of medical behavior and compensation behavior. The construction of compensation mechanism must emphasize two-way incentive. The result and process of system construction are equally important. This paper introduces the problems and compensation ways of compensation hospital of infectious disease based on reality.
