压力容器接管区域应力场的获得是压力容器强度分析和结构设计的基础。本文采用实验研究的方法,对压力容器斜接管区域的应力状态进行分析研究。根据实验研究的目的,按照工程设计标准设计、制造了一台大型带有两个斜接管压力容器的实验模型,进行了实验方案设计,采用电测法进行了容器斜接管区域的应力测试,在实验数据科学、合理处理的基础上,获得了容器斜接管区域的应力状态和分布规律。实验研究结果表明,容器斜接管锐角侧、钝角侧和相贯线最低点都存在着较大的局部应力,且锐角侧的局部应力数值最大,但是相贯线上的局部应力影响范围较小。
The acquisition of stress field in the pressure vessel takeover area is the basis of the strength analysis and structural design of the pressure vessel. In this paper, the experimental study of the method of pressure vessel miter pipe region of the stress state analysis. According to the purpose of the experimental study, a large experimental model with two miter tube pressure vessels was designed and designed according to the engineering design standards. The experimental scheme was designed. The stress measurement of the miter tube region was carried out by electrical measurement. Experimental data science, on the basis of reasonable treatment, access to the container miter region of the stress state and distribution. The experimental results show that there is a large local stress at the acute angle side, the obtuse angle side and the lowest point of the intersecting line, and the local stress at the acute angle side has the maximum value, but the local stress on the intersecting line has a small influence range.
