目的 建立一种简单、准确、安全、客观、经济的全消化道动力检查方法。方法 通过用吞服简单试餐和小钡条的方法 ,对 40名健康志愿者进行全消化道运动功能测定 ,确立相应的运动时间参数和正常值范围。并对 1 5名以腹胀为主和 1 0名以腹泻为主的功能性消化不良患者进行全消化道动力测定。结果 试餐A :5 0 %小钡条从口至通过幽门的时间 ( 5 0 %M -PTT)为 ( 1 6 4 .2 5± 2 9.6 )min ;5 0 %小钡条从口至通过回盲瓣时间 ( 5 0 %M -ITT)为( 5 1 5 .1 0± 5 9.96 )min ;5 0 %小钡条从口至通过肛门的时间 ( 5 0 %M -ATT)为 ( 1 1 1 7.2 0± 1 36 .48)min。试餐B :5 0 %M -PTT为 ( 1 2 99.79± 1 936 .34 )min ;5 0 %M -ITT为 ( 5 84.6 0± 79.34 )min ;5 0 %M -ATT为 ( 1 2 99.2 5± 1 93.1 9)min。以腹泻为主的功能性消化不良患者在各时间参数的排出率要高于以腹胀为主者。结论 本测定方法简单、安全、经济 ,能正确反映临床真实情况。
Objective To establish a simple, accurate, safe, objective and economical method of total digestive tract dynamic inspection. Methods Totally 40 healthy volunteers were tested for total gastrointestinal function by swallowing simple test meal and barium strips, and the corresponding exercise time parameters and normal range were established. Fifteen patients with functional dyspepsia, mainly abdominal distension and 10 with diarrhea, were enrolled in this study. Results A 50% small barium from the mouth to the passage of the pylorus (50% M-PTT) was (164.52 ± 9.6) min; The ileocecal valve time (50% M-ITT) was (51.5 ± 1.09.96) min; the time from mouth to anus through 50% of barium strips was (1 1 1 7.2 0 ± 1 36 .48) min. Test meal B: 50% M-PTT was (1299.79 ± 1 936.34) min; 50% M-ITT was (586.6 ± 79.34) min; 5 ± 1 93.1 9) min. Diarrhea-based dysfunctional patients with dyspepsia in the discharge rate of parameters at all times higher than the main abdominal distention. Conclusion The method is simple, safe and economical, which can correctly reflect the clinical situation.
