高校学生党建工作是高校党建工作的核心,也是高等学校思想政治教育的灵魂。高等学校中的学生党员在进入社会后必将成为社会主义建设中的主要力量,对于这样一个群体,在新时期各种思潮并存的环境下,如何把他们培养成为具有正确政治立场,具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质专门人才,对我国构建和谐社会、坚持科学发展、提高综合国力,都具有十分重要的意义[1]。本课题的撰写思路分为“两步走”。第一步,利用调查研究的方法掌握上海海事大学学生党建工作的实际,通过主观题征集我校学生党建工作的创新典型和经验调研的实际情况对学生党建工作中思想建设、制度建设、组织建设、作风建设、反腐倡廉建设几个重要的方面进行特点分析和阐述,并借鉴目前已有的经验,对于评价较高的方面,分析好的工作经验并加以继承;对于评价较低的方面,分析原因,提出改进建议;第二步,利用文献比较法,观察法从加强学生党支部思想建设,保障学生党支部运行,加强学生党组织活动成效,建立学生党建工作新阵地等几个方面展开论述,找到适合高校学生党建工作的新机制。
