对免耕抛秧稻灌浆结实期间蛋白质的变化特点进行了分析 .结果表明 ,采用不同规格纸筒育苗的免耕抛秧水稻之间在灌浆前期叶片可溶性蛋白质含量有差异 ,齐穗后 7~ 14d ,大纸筒育苗的免耕抛秧水稻剑叶中可溶性蛋白质含量显著高于对照和小纸筒育苗者 (P <0 0 5 ) ;叶鞘中可溶性蛋白质含量以大纸筒育苗者为高 ,且免耕抛秧水稻高于对照 ;水分胁迫条件下叶片和叶鞘中可溶性蛋白质的含量低于对照处理 ;大纸筒育苗的免耕抛秧稻结实率高 .
The results showed that there was a difference in soluble protein content between the no-tillage and throw-off paddy rice at different grain-filling stages in the early grain-filling stage and between 7 and 14 days after heading , The content of soluble protein in flag leaf of rice seedling in no-tillage and throwing rice was significantly higher than those in control and small paper-tube seedling (P <0.05); the content of soluble protein in leaf sheath was high in large paper-tube seedling The no-tillage and throwing rice was higher than the control. The content of soluble protein in leaf and sheath was lower than that of control under water stress condition.
