从和谐社会的视角进行公民满意度测评具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。这种创新理念,可以帮助我们建构一个兼具科学性和客观性的公民满意度测评模型。创新的战略思路是:定性研究与定量研究相结合,突出定量研究;理论研究与实证研究相结合,强调实证研究;多学科理论相结合,重视比较分析的方法。在创新具体的技术路径方面,可以沿着和谐社会视野下公民满意度测评的基础理论、指标模型、方法运用、技术验证和组织实施这样一条主线,逐层依次展开研究。
The evaluation of citizen satisfaction from the perspective of a harmonious society has important theoretical and practical significance. This innovative concept can help us build a scientific satisfaction and citizenship satisfaction model. The strategic thinking of innovation is: the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research, highlighting quantitative research; combining theoretical research with empirical research, emphasizing empirical research, combining multidisciplinary theories, and paying attention to comparative analysis methods.
