目的了解吉林省预防接种门诊规范化建设后预防接种人员的工作满意度现况。方法用自行设计的调查问卷,采取整群抽样方法,从全省按规范化标准建设的919家接种门诊中抽取84家门诊的工作人员,调查其工作满意度。结果 417名调查对象对预防接种门诊规范化建设后工作环境、办公面积、功能区合理划分满意分别占99.04%、87.29%、86.33%,认为家长对接种环境满意占97.36%。在188名城市社区和229名乡镇卫生院调查对象中,对工作环境满意分别占98.94%和99.13%,对服务频次满意分别占99.47%和98.25%;对工作成就感、工作能力发挥、社会认可程度、被上级重视程度满意的比例均>90%。所有调查对象对预防接种工作实施信息化、信息化工作人员操作熟练程度、信息化给工作带来方便的满意比例分别为98.56%、93.53%、99.28%;对薪酬待遇满意的比例为49.88%。结论吉林省预防接种门诊规范化建设后预防接种人员的工作满意度普遍提高,消除了城乡之间的差异;应重视预防接种人员工作需求,以保证工作积极性和预防接种服务质量。
Objective To understand the status quo of job satisfaction of vaccination staff after standardized construction of vaccination clinics in Jilin Province. Methods Using self - designed questionnaires, a cluster sampling method was used to select 84 outpatient staff from 919 vaccination clinics constructed according to standardized standards in the province to investigate their job satisfaction. Results 417 respondents rated 99.04%, 87.29% and 86.33% of the working environment, office space and functional area after standardized construction of vaccination clinics, respectively. They believed that parents were satisfied with the inoculation environment 97.36%. In 188 urban communities and 229 township hospitals, 99.97% were satisfied with the working environment and 99.13% were satisfied with their work environment, 99.47% and 98.25% were satisfied with the frequency of their service, respectively. They were satisfied with their job satisfaction, work ability and social recognition Degree, the level of satisfaction by superiors were> 90%. All surveyed respondents carried out informatization and informatization staff’s proficiency in operation of vaccination, and the informatization convenience brought 98.56%, 93.53% and 99.28% respectively to the job, and 49.88% satisfied with the remuneration package. Conclusions The job satisfaction of vaccination staff in Jilin Province vaccination clinics after the standardization construction generally increases, eliminating the differences between urban and rural areas; the vaccination staff should pay attention to the work needs in order to ensure the enthusiasm of the work and vaccination service quality.
