硫化铜(CuS)纳米材料是一种性质优越的半导体材料,具有禁带宽度较窄的显著特征,广泛应用于光催化及光电转化领域。目前,国内外学者已开发多种不同的合成方法,制备出了尺寸不同、形貌各异的CuS纳米材料,对其在光催化、锂离子电池和电化学传感器等方面的应用进行了深入研究。总结了现已见诸报道的众多制备方法,综述了CuS纳米材料在不同领域的应用,对其未来发展进行了展望。
Copper sulfide (CuS) nanomaterials are a kind of superior semiconducting materials with the obvious characteristics of narrow bandgap width. They are widely used in the fields of photocatalysis and photoelectric conversion. At present, domestic and foreign scholars have developed a variety of different synthesis methods to prepare CuS nanomaterials with different sizes and morphologies, and have carried out in-depth studies on their application in photocatalysis, lithium-ion batteries and electrochemical sensors . Summarizes the numerous preparation methods that have been reported and summarized the application of CuS nanomaterials in different fields and prospects of its future development.
