目的:探讨10岁以上正常人群中央角膜厚度(central corneal thickness,CCT)在不同年龄组和不同性别间的差异。方法:用角膜内皮细胞显微镜对700名1329眼CCT进行测量。研究对象根据年龄分为7组或根据性别分为2组以研究CCT的分布特点和变化规律。结果:平均CCT为537±39μm,在11~50岁的调查对象,CCT随年龄增大而显著降低(P=0.002,r=-0.192),平均每年降低约0.63μm;在>50岁的调查对象,CCT有渐增厚的趋势(P=0.332,r=0.056),平均每年增厚约0.27μm。男性CCT(540±39μm)显著大于女性CCT(535±38μm)(T-test,P=0.01)。结论:CCT在正常人群不同年龄组、不同性别间的特点表明年龄因素对CCT的影响较小,CCT在个体之间差异较大,男性CCT大于女性CCT。
Objective: To investigate the differences of central corneal thickness (CCT) between different age groups and different sexes in normal population over 10 years old. Methods: 700 eyes of 1329 eyes of CCT were measured using a corneal endothelial cell microscope. Subjects were divided into 7 groups according to their age or divided into 2 groups according to their sex to study the distribution characteristics and changes of CCT. Results: The average CCT was 537 ± 39μm. The CCT was significantly decreased with age (P = 0.002, r = -0.192) in subjects aged 11 to 50 years, with an average annual decrease of 0.63μm. In the survey of> 50 years old Subjects, CCT trend of increasing thickening (P = 0.332, r = 0.056), the average annual thickness of about 0.27μm. CCT in males (540 ± 39 μm) was significantly greater than that in females (535 ± 38 μm) (T-test, P = 0.01). CONCLUSION: The characteristics of CCT in different age groups and different genders in normal population indicate that age has little effect on CCT, CCT differs greatly between individuals, and CCT in men is higher than that in women.
