推土机的排气消声器一般用噪声衰减和引擎功率损失来评定。常见的排气消声器均有一个相当复杂几何形状的结构,制造困难,成本高。同时消声器用玻璃纤维作为消声材料,时间长了纤维容易堵塞、退化、消声效果随之下降。本专利介绍的圆筒形排气消声装置避免了上述缺点。该装置由薄板制成,结构简单,不需使用玻璃纤维或类似材料。与其它消声器比较,该装置在流体动力学(指引擎功率损失)和声学(音响效果)两个方面均具备很好的性能,保证达到规定的排气消声标准,其噪声值最高不超过74dB(A)声级。(在可听声频,距引擎5~7米,离地面1~2米范围内)。
