飞行员体育训练中运动损伤情况调查

目的了解飞行员的运动损伤情况,分析运动损伤易发生的类型及部位,为今后采取针对性预防措施提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查表对144例发生运动损伤的飞行员研究对象进行面对面问卷调查,收集患者的一般人口学特征信息、飞行机种、运动损伤发生的部位、性质等情况,分析患者运动损伤发生部位、性质的分布特点。结果 144名发生运动损伤的飞行员中,损伤部位以踝关节(40.28%)及膝关节(25.69%)为主,其余部位仅占(34.03%),各部位损伤发生的构成比差异有统计学意义(χ2=108.80,P﹤0.001)。损伤类型以关节损伤所占比例最高(31.94%),其次是韧带扭伤(21.53%)、肌肉拉伤(15.97%)、软组织挫伤(14.87%),其余类型的损伤仅占15.97%,各部位损伤发生的构成比差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.61,P﹤0.001)。结论飞行员在体能训练中,重点注意防护的部位应当是踝关节及膝关节的损伤,应在训练前进行充分的准备活动,通过提高体育教员的教学技能及硬件设施的安全性预防飞行员运动损伤的发生。 Objective To understand the situation of pilot injury and to analyze the type and location of the injury easily, so as to provide the basis for future preventive measures. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a face-to-face questionnaire survey on 144 pilot pilots who had sports injuries. The demographic characteristics, flight types, locations and nature of the sports injuries were collected and analyzed. Parts, nature of the distribution characteristics. Results Among the 144 pilots who had sports injuries, the ankle (40.28%) and knee (25.69%) were the main injuries, while the rest only accounted for 34.03%. There was a significant difference in the proportions of injury between the two groups (χ2 = 108.80, P <0.001). The type of injury accounted for the highest proportion of joint injuries (31.94%), followed by ligament sprain (21.53%), muscle strain (15.97%) and soft tissue contusion (14.87%), while the rest accounted for only 15.97% There was significant difference in the constituent ratio (χ2 = 18.61, P <0.001). Conclusion Pilots in physical training, focusing on protection of the site should be the ankle and knee injury, should be fully prepared before training activities, by improving the teaching of physical education teachers and the safety of hardware facilities to prevent pilot injury occur.
