本文提出“校正发病工龄机率窗分析法”,并对其应用于评价矿山尘肺防制效果进行了系统地介绍和探讨。该法能控制前后窗观察接尘人数不一致、患者诊断不及时等影响因素,其应用较单纯的机率窗分析法更广泛、更有效。
This paper proposes a “window analysis method for correcting the probability of onset of working age” and systematically introduces and discusses its application in evaluating the prevention and control effects of pneumoconiosis in mines. The method can control influencing factors such as inconsistent numbers of dust in the front and rear window observations and inaccurate diagnosis of patients, and its application is more extensive and more effective than a simple probability window analysis method.
