本研究旨在评价口服及局部应用姜黄色素对糖尿病大鼠和遗传性糖尿病小鼠全层皮肤缺损模型的治疗效果。取雄性Swiss albino株大鼠和雌性遗传性糖尿病(C57/ks-J-db~+/db~+)小鼠,在背部用8mm打孔器制成全层皮肤缺损。局部用药为0.1%姜黄色素加入聚乙烯乙二醇基质中,赋型剂对照组为单纯用聚乙烯乙二醇基质,每日一次;口服剂量为40mg/kg·d,对照组只喂水。创面不作其它换药处理。每组中选6只大鼠和8只小鼠于第7天和第11天麻醉处死,取创面组织行HE染色和Masson’s三色法胶原染色进行组织学和形态学观察,目镜测微计对表皮细胞爬行、新生表皮细胞的厚度、肉芽组织的
This study was designed to evaluate the effects of oral and topical curcumin treatment on full-thickness skin defects in diabetic and hereditary diabetic mice. Male Swiss albino rats and female hereditary diabetic (C57 / ks-J-db ~ + / db ~ +) mice were taken and full-thickness skin defects were made on the back with an 8 mm punch. Topical application of 0.1% curcumin polyethylene glycol matrix, excipient control group was simply polyethylene glycol matrix, once daily; oral dose of 40mg / kg · d, the control group only water. No other wound dressing treatment. Six rats and eight mice in each group were anesthetized and sacrificed on day 7 and day 11.
