范杜伦(Van Duuren)谈到人体致病微生物约148种,其中经水传染的有14种。饮用水消毒问题,至今尚未有大的进展。集中式供水,一般仍沿用卤素消毒方法,只有少数采用臭氧或其它的方法。但是在消毒的具体技术和机理上都取得了一定的成绩。现就饮水化学消毒药剂的情况作些介绍。(一)氯消毒由于氯消毒的效果比较好、成本低、使用方便、易于管理。所以,已应用了七八十年,尚未找到一种更好的饮水消毒剂来代替它。自从巴特菲尔德(Butterfield)等陆续发表他们对氯消毒肠道致病菌的报告以来,都肯定了他们的试验研究结果是正确的。例如:(1)用大肠
