目的 :在医院建立一个可实施的、客观的、全面的平衡计分卡指标体系,以便进行绩效考核,促进医院的管理。方法 :通过调研文献,筛选公立医院基于平衡计分卡构建的绩效考核指标体系为样本,计量统计分析及咨询专家。结果 :从平衡计分卡的财务维度、患者维度、内部流程维度、学习与成长维度四个维度制定出可操作的指标体系。结论 :基于平衡计分卡四个维度的绩效考核指标体系,把医院的战略和各个医务人员紧密联系起来,激发医务人员的积极性,发展医院。
Objective: To establish an implementable, objective and comprehensive balance scorecard index system in the hospital so as to conduct performance appraisal and promote the management of the hospital. Methods: According to the research literature, we screened the performance evaluation index system based on Balanced Scorecard in public hospitals as sample, econometric analysis and consultant. Results: An operational index system was formulated from the four dimensions of financial score, patient dimension, internal process dimension, learning and growth dimension of BSC. Conclusion: Based on the performance appraisal index system of four dimensions of Balanced Scorecard, the strategy of the hospital and each medical staff are closely linked to stimulate the enthusiasm of medical staff and develop the hospital.
