患者女,64岁。因在社区医院诊断为上颌窦炎。给予莫西沙星(拜复乐)0.4g,口服治疗。患者回家自行服药0.4g,3h后出现全身搔痒,继而出现头晕、黑矇、神志不清而跌倒,并有大小便失禁。数分钟后神志恢复,即送当地医院。测血压70/50mmHg,即予低分子右旋糖酐扩容,静脉推注地塞米松等,
