研究应用熔体动态粘弹性质测定聚苯硫醚相对分子质量分布方法。采用流变仪测定聚苯硫醚熔体动态储能模量、动态耗能模量、动态剪切粘度等流变性数据,用零动态剪切粘度数值确定重均相对分子质量。应用双滑动链环流变性分子动力学模型,根据平台模量,特征松弛时间等独立参数,模拟计算熔体动态剪切粘度理论值,与实验测试值拟合,得到相对分子质量分布系数。该法为测定200℃以下不溶于任何有机溶剂的聚苯硫醚相对分子质量分布,提供了一种实际有效的方法。
Study on the application of melt viscoelastic properties to the determination of the molecular weight distribution of polyphenylene sulfide. The dynamic storage modulus, dynamic dissipation modulus, dynamic shear viscosity and other rheological data of polyphenylene sulfide melt were measured by rheometer, and the weight average relative molecular mass was determined by zero dynamic shear viscosity value. According to the rheological molecular dynamics model of double sliding link, the theoretical value of the dynamic shear viscosity of the melt was simulated and calculated according to the independent parameters such as the platform modulus and the characteristic relaxation time, and the experimental values were fitted to obtain the relative molecular mass distribution coefficient. The method provides a practical and effective method for determining the relative molecular mass distribution of polyphenylene sulfide insoluble in any organic solvent below 200 ° C.
