近些年来,随着我国经济发展和物质生活水平的不断提高,我国的犯罪数量尤其是涉及到未成年人的犯罪量正在逐年增加。当今互联网飞速发展,其中充斥着大量的涉黄、涉暴内容,加之未成年人的心智尚未发展成熟,不能良好的辨认是非对错,因此产生了大量的未成年犯罪。未成年人犯罪作为一种特殊的犯罪类型,具有显著不同于成年人犯罪的特点。因此,本文认为如何降低未成年人犯罪率应当成为当今社会法制建设的一个核心问题。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of China’s economic development and material living standards, the crime amount in our country, especially the crime involving minors, is increasing year by year. The rapid development of the Internet today, which is flooded with a large number of involved in the Yellow Sea, involving violence, coupled with the minors have not yet mature mental development, can not be properly identified as right or wrong, resulting in a large number of juvenile delinquency. As a special type of crime, juvenile delinquency has the characteristics of being significantly different from those of adults. Therefore, this article considers how to reduce the juvenile crime rate should become a core issue in the current social legal system.
