作者对茶黄烷醇类的抗凝、促进纤溶和抑制血小板聚集进行了体外实验研究。证实茶黄烷醇作用于血凝的第三阶段,使纤维蛋白原降解为FDP;并能显著抑制由ADP和花生四烯酸诱致的血小板聚集,在血小板聚集被抑制后的血小板丰富血浆中,可见cAMP增加和因子Ⅷ相关抗原降低。
The authors conducted an in vitro experimental study on the anticoagulation, fibrinolysis and inhibition of platelet aggregation of octanol. Confirmed that ochratanol acted on the third phase of hemagglutination and degraded fibrinogen to FDP, and significantly inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP and arachidonic acid. In platelet-rich plasma after inhibition of platelet aggregation, Can be seen increased cAMP and factor Ⅷ associated antigen decreased.
