目的:统计本院抗菌素使用的各项指标,监测抗菌素使用情况,加强抗菌药物管理,促进抗菌药物合理使用。方法:将全年临床药学室的监测数据按月和科室进行汇总。结合处方和病历审核对用药情况作出分析评价。结果:全院抗菌素使用达到抗菌药物专项整治活动相关要求。个别科室医师存在一定不足。结论:我院抗菌药物各项指标均在整治活动方案要求的标准以下且呈平稳运行态势,多数医师做到了抗菌药物临床合理应用,“抗菌药物临床应用管理”得到落实。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze various indicators of antibiotic usage in our hospital, monitor the use of antibiotics, strengthen the management of antibiotics, and promote the rational use of antibiotics. Methods: The annual clinical pharmacy monitoring data by month and department summary. Combined with prescriptions and medical records review of the use of drug analysis and evaluation. Results: The use of antibiotics throughout the hospital to meet the specific requirements of anti-bacterial drugs remediation activities. Some department physicians there is a certain lack of. Conclusion: The indexes of antibacterials in our hospital are all below the standard required by the rehabilitative program. The majority of physicians have achieved the clinical rational use of antibacterials, and the implementation of “clinical application of antibacterials” has been implemented.
