变螺旋立铣刀切削过程稳定性快速预测方法

使用变螺旋铣刀能较好地抑制切削颤振。文中构建了变螺旋铣刀铣削过程稳定性预测模型,通过平均处理模型的切削力方向系数、切削深度轴向切片技术,获得了系统的简化模型。对模型中的时滞状态项进行拉格朗日插值,获得了方程的离散映射形式,进而确定了系统的稳定性域,最终提出适用于文中预测模型的全离散求解方法。通过与前人相关方法的对比算例表明,该方法有效且具有较高的计算效率。 The use of variable helical milling cutter can better suppress chatter. In this paper, the stability prediction model of the milling process of a spiral milling cutter is established. A simplified model of the system is obtained by averaging the cutting force direction coefficient and cutting depth of the model. The Lagrangian interpolation is applied to the lag state terms in the model, and the discrete mapping form of the equation is obtained. Finally, the stability domain of the system is determined. Finally, an all-discrete solution to the prediction model in the paper is proposed. The comparison of previous methods shows that this method is effective and has high computational efficiency.
