近年来,我国各地区积极推动安全生产诚信体系建设,促进了安全生产形势的好转。但安全生产主体责任落实不到位,隐患排查不彻底,非法违法生产,基础管理薄弱,安全培训教育不足等安全生产不诚信现象时有发生。为此,加强安全生产诚信体系建设,是督促和推动企业自觉落实主体责任的重要途径,也是提高安全监管监察效能的重要手段。
