本文采用随机、单盲对照的设计方法,就19例支气管哮喘患者吸入丙酸培氯松或安慰剂对气道反应性的影响进行了观察。结果显示9例患者吸入激素300~450μg/d后,气道反应性明显降低,阈剂量(D_(min))几何均数从0.116U增至0.658U(P<0.01)。而10例吸入安慰剂的患者,气道反应性未见明显变化,D_(min)吸药前后分别为0.220U和0.328U(P>0.05)。提示吸入丙酸培氯松能降低支气管哮喘患者的气道反应性。
In this paper, a randomized, single-blind, controlled design was used to investigate the effects of inhaled methamphetamine propionate or placebo on airway responsiveness in 19 patients with bronchial asthma. The results showed that the airway reactivity was significantly decreased in 9 patients after 300-450 μg / d of inhalation, and the geometric mean of threshold dose (D min) increased from 0.116U to 0.658U (P <0.01). However, no significant changes were found in airway responsiveness in 10 inhaled placebo patients, with 0.220U and 0.328U before and after D min (P> 0.05). Prompt inhalation of chloramphenicol can reduce airway responsiveness in patients with bronchial asthma.
