目的了解贵阳市中学生体质状况,为制定改善中学生体质健康政策提供科学依据。方法分别对分层随机抽取的贵阳市某初、高中一、二年级244名学生进行最大摄氧量和50 m跑测试。结果高中组女生最大摄氧量、最大摄氧量相对值及50 m跑成绩均低于初中组(P值均<0.01);高中组男生50 m跑成绩优于初中组(P<0.01),最大摄氧量与初中组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),最大摄氧量相对值低于初中组(P<0.01)。结论贵阳市高中生有氧及无氧能力低于初中生,且女生下降更明显。应针对高中生采取全面、有效的措施,促进学生体质健康水平提高。
Objective To understand the physical condition of middle school students in Guiyang, and to provide a scientific basis for making policies to improve the physical health of middle school students. Methods The maximum oxygen uptake and the 50 m-run test of 244 students in first and second year of grade one and two in Guiyang City, stratified randomly. Results The scores of maximum oxygen uptake, maximal oxygen uptake and the scores of maximum oxygen uptake in high school students were lower than those in junior middle school students (P <0.01). The results of 50 m males in high school students were better than those of junior middle school students (P <0.01) There was no significant difference between the maximum oxygen uptake and the junior middle school (P> 0.05), and the relative maximum oxygen uptake was lower than the junior high school (P <0.01). Conclusion Aerobic and anaerobic abilities of high school students in Guiyang are lower than that of junior high school students, and the decline of girls is more obvious. Should take comprehensive high school students, effective measures to promote the improvement of physical fitness of students.
