本文对CCD 在线测量的原理进行了简述。针对其中存在的问题,提出了用计算机软件进行模拟的方法,预测系统的测量误差。内容包括:①被测线材的跳动模拟;②CCD 成象的模拟;③CCD 信号输出及处理的模拟。模拟的过程中考虑了光学衍射、运动模糊,信号传输损失、信噪比等多种因素,使得模拟结果比较接近实际情况。文章还讨论了在应用该软件的基础上,针对某一线材直径在不同跳动量下的测量值,得出了不同跳动量下的阈值分布。分析后认为:单阈值无法解决跳动模糊的问题,进而提出了双阈值方法,并得到了一些结果。
In this paper, the principle of CCD on-line measurement is briefly described. In view of the existing problems, a method of simulating with computer software is proposed to predict the measurement error of the system. The contents include: ① measured wire beating simulation; ② CCD imaging simulation; ③ CCD signal output and processing simulation. In the process of simulation, many factors such as optical diffraction, motion blur, signal transmission loss, signal-to-noise ratio and so on are taken into consideration so that the simulation results are relatively close to the actual situation. The article also discusses the application of the software, based on a wire diameter measured at different beating rates, obtained under different beating the threshold value of the distribution. After analysis, it is considered that the single threshold can not solve the problem of bouncing blur, then the double threshold method is proposed and some results are obtained.
