骶尾前直肠后间隙肿瘤比较少见,我院1989年发现并治疗5例,报告分析如下. (一)病例介绍例1:女,1月.出生后即发现尾骨前肿块.1989年2月在全麻下作尾骨前纵向梭形切口,完整切除肿块,术中见肿块与尾骨轻度粘连,肿块直径10cm,内呈分隔状,充满淡黄色清亮液体.病理诊断为囊性淋巴管瘤.随访1年半无复发.
Before the appendix, the tumors in the posterior rectal space are rare. In our hospital, 5 cases were discovered and treated in 1989. The analysis of the report is as follows. (I) Case Introduction Example 1: Female, 1 month. Anterior masses of coccyx were found after birth. February 1989 Under general anesthesia, a longitudinal shuttlecock incision was made before the coccyx. The tumor was completely resected. During the operation, the tumor was slightly adhered to the coccyx. The diameter of the tumor was 10 cm. The inside was separated and filled with pale yellow clear liquid. Pathological diagnosis was cystic lymphangioma. Follow-up was performed. One and a half years without recurrence.
