基于神华包神铁路塔-韩铁路专运线下采煤工程实例,提出了仅在桥梁、隧道等重要铁路构筑物下留设保护煤柱,其余各处采取井上下协调保护技术的铁路下采煤方法,进行了铁路下压煤量的估算及安全性评价。结果表明:该方法可多采出煤炭3 258.04万t,资源回收率提高51.5%;各煤层开采引起铁路最大下沉为2.341 m,最大倾斜为8.3 mm/m,最大水平变形为2.5mm/m,该变形量可以通过维修措施加以调整,在该区域进行铁路下采煤是安全的。
