为研究丙三醇磷酸酯对水泥水化的影响,制备了不同醇酸比的丙三醇磷酸酯,通过胶砂强度、净浆流动度、水化热、X射线衍射和热重分析等测试,分析了丙三醇磷酸酯对水泥力学性能及水化过程的影响规律。结果表明:当醇酸比为2时,丙三醇磷酸酯促进矿渣-钢渣水泥复合胶凝体系水化的作用优于三乙醇胺;丙三醇磷酸酯与聚羧酸减水剂的相容性优于三乙醇胺;丙三醇磷酸酯使水化产物中结合水量增大,氢氧化钙量减少。
In order to study the influence of glycerol phosphate on the hydration of cement, glycerol phosphate esters with different alkyd ratios were prepared and tested by mortar strength, fluidity of paste, hydration heat, X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis The influence of glycerol phosphate on the mechanical properties and hydration process of cement was analyzed. The results showed that when the alkyd ratio was 2, the effect of glycerol phosphate on the hydration of slag-slag cement composite gel system was better than that of triethanolamine. The compatibility of glycerol phosphate with polycarboxylate superplasticizer Is better than triethanolamine; Glycerol phosphate causes the amount of bound water in the hydration product to increase and the amount of calcium hydroxide to decrease.
