针对我国空间经济发展的失衡现象,本文利用超越对数形式的SFA模型测算了国内三大区域(东部、中部和西部)的全要素生产率增长。研究发现:三大区域的全要素生产率增长率普遍较低,且有较大的波动性和区域差异性;市场经济越发达的地方越有利于技术进步和资源有效配置,东部地区的技术进步和资源配置效率都高于中、西部;三大区域TFP增长率均不存在俱乐部收敛现象,逐步呈现离散趋势。本文建议,为了进一步促进区域之间的协调发展,应该更加注重市场在资源配置中起的决定性作用;打破区域之间的贸易壁垒以及劳动力流动障碍;加快城镇化进程,协调区域经济发展,努力缩小区域差距。
In view of the unbalanced development of China’s space economy, this paper uses the over-logarithm SFA model to measure the growth of total factor productivity in the three major regions (eastern, central and western). The findings are as follows: The TFP growth rates of the three major regions are generally lower, with greater volatility and regional differences. The more developed the market economy is, the more conducive to technological progress and efficient allocation of resources. The technological progress in the eastern region and The efficiency of resource allocation is higher than that of the middle and western regions. There is no club convergence phenomenon in the TFP growth rates of the three major regions, and the discrete trend gradually appears. This paper suggests that in order to further promote the coordinated development between regions, more attention should be paid to the decisive role played by the market in allocating resources; to break barriers between regions and barriers to labor mobility; to speed up the process of urbanization, to coordinate regional economic development and to make efforts to reduce Regional disparities.
