随着机械制造技术和计算机技术的发展,数控加工技术在工厂中的应用越来越普遍。数控加工技术具有高效、高速、高精度的特点,但其影响因素也很多,其中对刀的精度决定了工件的加工精度。本文简要介绍了数控车加工时的编程原点、加工原点的概念及对刀的基本原理,并详细说明了GSK980TD数控系统数控车床试切对刀的操作方法。
With the development of mechanical manufacturing technology and computer technology, the application of CNC machining technology in factories is becoming more and more common. CNC machining technology with high efficiency, high speed, high precision, but its influencing factors are many, including the precision of the knife determines the accuracy of the workpiece processing. This article briefly introduces the programming origin of CNC lathe machining, the concept of machining origin and the basic principle of tool setting, and details the operation method of CNC cutting lathe on GSK980TD numerical control system.
