因地基承载力不足或支持不对称等因素引起主体结构不均匀沉降等结构病害是砖石结构古建筑保护的核心工作之一。采用手掘式顶管技术缓慢均匀地顶入预制的空心箱梁,随后浇筑芯梁,使之形成整体,从而使建筑物逐步的坐落在一个具有足够刚度的“托盘”之上,从而彻底地解决因地基承载力不足或支持不对称引起的结构病害。在介绍手掘式顶管技术在砖石结构古建筑基础托换的基础上,结合实际工程探讨了箱形截面梁设计、顶进工艺设计等关键性问题,提出有关建议和具体实施措施。
