目的:观察四君子总多糖滴丸益气健脾的作用效果。方法:采用大黄泻下与游泳相结合的方法制备脾虚模型,通过对体力性疲劳、自主活动、免疫器官重量及血清淀粉酶、血清胃动素等方面的指标观察四君子总多糖滴丸2g/kg、1g/kg、0.5 g/kg的益气健脾作用,并将四君子水提液(35g生药/kg)作为阳性对照进行比较。结果:四君子总多糖滴丸2g/kg、1g/kg、0.5 g/kg均可延长脾虚小鼠游泳时间及转棒时间,增加小鼠活动次数,增加脾虚小鼠免疫器官重量及血清淀粉酶含量,四君子总多糖2g/kg作用效果显著,与四君子水提液无显著差异;但其可降低脾虚小鼠血清胃动素水平,与四君子汤作用效果相反。结论:四君子总多糖滴丸具有益气健脾的功效,其对脾虚证小鼠血清胃动素水平的影响与四君子汤不同。

It has different effect on the serum motilin level of spleen deficiency syndrome mice compared with Sijunzi Decoction.
