目的研究不同给药方式使用盐酸氨溴索在治疗小儿肺炎过程中的疗效效果。方法收集汝南县人民医院收治的小儿肺炎患者86例,在治疗过程中分为治疗组和对照组各43例,分别给予不同的给药方式进行治疗,观察其临床治疗的效果和安全性。结果经过治疗之后,两组患者的症状均有一定程度减缓,在抗炎方面,不同给药方式都具有抗氧效果,治疗过程中未出现明显并发症或是不良反应,氧驱动射流雾化的效果较为显著。结论在治疗小儿肺炎的过程中可以使用氧驱动射流雾化进行给药治疗,达到治疗抗炎的目的,同时其安全性较高。
Objective To study the efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of pneumonia in children with different administration methods. Methods 86 cases of pediatric pneumonia admitted to Runan County People’s Hospital were collected and divided into treatment group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases), respectively. Different modes of administration were given for treatment, and the clinical efficacy and safety were observed. Results After treatment, the symptoms of both groups were alleviated to a certain extent. In terms of anti-inflammatory, different modes of administration had anti-oxidant effects. No significant complications or adverse reactions occurred during the treatment. Oxygen-driven jet atomization The effect is more obvious. Conclusion Oxygen-driven jet atomization can be used in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-inflammatory treatment and at the same time its safety is high.
