采用大功率二氧化碳激光器(5kw)和YAG固体脉冲激光器(200w)。分别采用激光点焊和激光脉冲焊接方法,对待修复的汉代青铜耳杯进行针对性激光焊接工艺试验,确定最佳工艺参数组合,并用此参数对文物进行了修复。此工艺研究对提高我国薄壁青铜器文物修复技术水平有积极的意义。
Using high-power carbon dioxide laser (5kw) and YAG solid-state pulsed laser (200w). Laser welding and laser pulse welding method were respectively used to conduct the targeted laser welding process experiment on the bronze ear cups to be repaired to determine the optimal combination of process parameters and rehabilitate the cultural relics with this parameter. This craft research has the positive meaning to raise our country thin wall bronze artifact restoration technical level.
