采用雪崩光电二极管(APD)阵列的非扫描成象激光雷达,其探测器APD亦可同时用作距离选通门。本文从理论上分析了这种选通门进行距离选通、测距和三维成象的特性。和其他方法相比较,APD选通测距和三维成象具有简单、距离分辨和成象速率高的优点。实验结果和理论分析相符合。
A non-scanning imaging lidar with an avalanche photodiode (APD) array, whose detector APD can also be used as a distance gate. In this paper, the characteristics of gating, ranging and three-dimensional imaging are theoretically analyzed. Compared with other methods, APD strobe ranging and three-dimensional imaging have the advantages of simplicity, distance resolution and high imaging speed. The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.
