介绍了汽车发动机用高强度球墨铸铁活塞环材料国内外概况。认为球铁环是解决汽车发动机活塞环减薄后产生断环这一重要质量问题的关键材料,可达到减少发动机摩擦功和克服活塞环大幅度振颤的目的。
The domestic and foreign general situation of high strength ductile iron piston ring material for automobile engine is introduced. It is considered that the ductile iron ring is the key material to solve the important quality problem of broken ring after the thinning of the piston ring of the automobile engine so as to reduce the frictional power of the engine and overcome the substantial vibration of the piston ring.
