大鼠在哺乳时,垂体促性腺激素释放激素受休(GnRH-R)受到抑制,移去吸吮刺激24小时,GnRH-R 可增加4~5倍。本文研究目的在于进一步了解移去幼仔后 GnRH-R 恢复的时间,并确定在哺乳期和移去幼仔后 GnRH 和泌乳素(PRL)在调制 GnRH-R 中的作用。实验用 SD 种妊娠大鼠,分娩后当天为产后第一天。在产后第二天切除其卵巢。每只母鼠喂8只仔鼠或零只(对照组)。所有实验在产后第十天完成。某些组的仔鼠在产后第十天前移开8~24小
GnRH-R was inhibited when rats were breast-feeding, and GnRH-R increased by 4 ~ 5 times after 24 hours of sucking stimulation. The purpose of this study was to understand more about the timing of GnRH-R recovery after pup removal and to determine the role of GnRH and prolactin (PRL) in modulating GnRH-R after lactation and removal of pups. Experimental SD species of pregnant rats, the day after giving birth after the first day postpartum. The ovaries were excised the day after giving birth. Eight pups or zero mice (control group) were fed each female. All experiments are completed on the tenth day after childbirth. In some groups, the offspring removed 8-24 hours before the tenth day after delivery
