目的:建立HPLC波长切换法同时测定参芪益气口服液中绿原酸、阿魏酸、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相法,色谱柱为Agilent HC-C18(250 nm×4.6 nm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml/min,采用波长转换法,绿原酸、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷检测波长为260 nm,阿魏酸为327 nm。结果:绿原酸、阿魏酸、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷线性范围分别为70.40~704.00 μg(n r=0.999 8)、1.36~13.60 μg(n r=0.999 8)、1.28~12.80 μg(n r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率分别为99.44%(n RSD=2.54%)、101.06%(n RSD=1.57%)、98.00%(n RSD=2.09%)。n 结论:所建立的HPLC法方便、简便、准确,适用于同时对参芪益气口服液中绿原酸、阿魏酸及毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的含量测定。“,”Objective:To establish the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) combined with switching wavelength method to determinate chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid, Calycosin-7-glucoside in n Shenqi-Yiqi oral liquid.n Methods:Then Shenqi-Yiqi oral liquid was separated on an Agilent HC-C18 column by gradient elution using acetonitrile (A) - 0.1% phosphate (B) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelengths were 260 nm (chlorogenic acid and Calycosin-7-glucoside), 316 nm (ferulic acid) by wavelength conversion method.n Results:The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid, Calycosin-7-glucoside were 70.40-704.00 μg ( n r=0.999 8), 1.36-13.60 μg ( n r=0.999 8), 1.28-12.80 μg ( n r=0.999 7), the average recovery rate were 99.44% (n RSD=2.54%), 101.06% (n RSD=1.57%), and 98.00% (n RSD=2.09%).n Conclusion:This method is convient, rapid and accurate for determinating chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid and Calycosin-7-glucoside in n Shenqi-Yiqi oral liquid.n
